How we do it

Discover human drivers

Audience Research
Personas & Segmentation
With BBMG, your team can understand the voices and values of the people who matter most. We hold up an empathetic mirror to people, organizations and culture to unlock the human needs and aspirations behind your mission and unleash the change we seek together. We design the right mix of quantitative analysis and qualitative methodologies to identify key insights, audience segmentation and the design personas your team needs to focus and move forward. Our human-centric research approach unlocks motivations, needs and drivers -- to drive sales, to drive behavior and to drive culture with your brand and for your movement.

Design culture-shifting brands

Brand Strategy
Brand Identity
Brand Campaigns
To win in an era of shifting paradigms, brand leaders need to move beyond yesterday’s playbooks and think and act in new ways. Our approach to brand building is deceptively simple: to lead the market and drive consumer behavior means aligning three things. What people want. What the world needs. What your brand uniquely offers. Through our collaborative and iterative process, we reveal the intangible essence of your culture, design breakthrough brand experiences and drive meaningful relationships with your consumers, employees and partners.

Drive meaningful impact

Sustainability & Social Impact Platforms
Non-profit & Advocacy Campaigns
Technical sustainability goals and intersectional causes are critical to realizing a more just, equitable and sustainable world. Yet, too often those leading this work fall short on communications and stakeholder engagement. Our approach to impact platforms and advocacy campaigns designs with and for all stakeholders to translate complex social missions and sustainability goals into culture shifting movements. We unite business priorities with meaningful change and launch advocacy campaigns that engage the hearts and minds of key stakeholders, from citizens and employees to consumers and partners.
